Eden is dedicated to solutions that develop and advance technology to meet the needs of current and next generation Cryogenic and High Vacuum systems; serving the Commercial, Energy, Laboratory and Aerospace markets. Dating back to the early 60's, Eden's personnel have a long history of supplying engineered shrouds, vacuum chambers, and equipment for the space simulation market. Eden specializes in equipment such as; cryogenic and vacuum vessels, helium refrigerators, liquefiers, and purifiers; dewars, cryopump systems, heat exchangers, compressor skids, cryogenic test systems, cryostats, sub-coolers, phase separators, vaporizers, vacuum insulated piping (engineered and manufactured to the ASME B31.3 Code for Pressure Piping) and one-of-a-kind systems. Eden supplies basic and custom design cryogenic valves, couplings and filters, derived from decades of experience in actual working environments that have contributed to advanced developments in the industry. Eden is also expanding into cryogenic equipment for superconductor applications. We now have expertise available using all commercial superconductor type wire and tapes: NbTi, NB3Sn, MgB2, BSCCO 2223, BSCCO 2212, and ReBCO.
Eden maintains ASME Section VIII, Division 1 Boiler and Pressure Vessel "U" and "R" code stamps. All of our Welder Qualification and Weld Procedures are certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX. Our Quality Control Personnel perform in-house Pressure (Hydrostatic and Pneumatic), Mass Spectrometer and Cold Shock testing. NDT testing also performed by our QC team includes Visual, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic and Radiographic testing. Our Engineering staff is skilled in most engineering applications including Compress, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and many others.
